Can anyone recommend to me proxies for firefox profiles ? Never used or done this before, so any help would be appreciated

firefox work with any proxies but you cant autheticate with username and passwords

Are HTTP & Sock 5 the same kind of proxies ?
Which is the best to get. I am using this for Instagram , so don't wanna spend money and get shit proxies.

HTTP and SOCKS are protocols (the way in which your PC communicates with the proxy server) and have nothing to do with a proxy's IP history or ability to safely connect to a web platform. In other words, it is not the protocol that makes proxies shi**y.
I recommend you look into the marketplace for Instagram proxies (these are proxy packages with dedicated IPs that have never been used on IG - so their IP history is clean).
Most IG proxies sold on the marketplace are HTTP proxies (but again, this has nothing to do with how clean an IP is or how good it is to connect to IG).

who is the best, as there is so many different options out there, that it is so confusing who to choose ? any suggestions ? i checked your site and there is still a lot of options.
