What's your budget? How many accounts are you going to use? Are you considering shared or dedicated resis? There's more questions that need to be answered. And even then, there is NO GUARANTEE it will work 100%. Facebook is in the same tier with Google, IMHO on detecting fake activity.

Now I know that 4g/Residential proxies are the way to go in 2020 but I want to be 100% sure the proxies I'm using don't get my account burned. If you have used Facebook ads in the past 30 days please share who you got your proxy from.

Don't tell me to look at the marketplace and don't reply if you haven't used Facebook ads in the past 30 days with a proxy.

I often see clean proxies in 911, try it

WIFI hotspot from phone

If you just have one single account to deal with, you can use a mobile hotspot easily. Just don't be logged in on your machine to your personal FB at the same time or use a dedicated machine for Multilogin since you don't want that mobile hotspot to ping FB from your primary account and your purchased acct at the same time.

I personally use a few vendors: Oxylabs is my primary vendor for proxies and they are good. However, in some areas they have IPs from Cogent communications which are trash and not really residential, just datacenter on DSL modems. Luminati is great and they have a pay as you go plan, but they are insanely expensive.

Soax is a vendor on the marketplace here. I did their trial and they have good IPs (in my geo anyway), and their monthly commitment is only $75, so it's less expensive than Oxylabs for someone who is just starting out.

ProxyKnow and Proxidize are both self hosted solutions for creating 4g mobile proxies. I have a small proxy farm in my office that I made with Proxidize. They have a free version but you do need your own hardware (4g usb dongle, rasp pi, usb hub).

Two points of input: Make sure the provider you buy your 4G residential proxies from uses real cell phones as hardware (don't get any that use modems, these are detectable). Also make sure the proxy matches your country of account - you didn't mention that in your post and it's an important factor.
