The Piratebay. He's probably trying to use them for account creation or spam uploads.

Nah, I only make one account and I don't spam

I just remember that the IP Address on this Internet when it was set up was automatically banned when we had it set up. We had never even tried to upload a torrent before, and we use to use proxy.org but it got over used so quickly.

Everyone keeps trying to spam uploads and use the password method and if they didn't, IPs would stay up much longer.
