proxies and account source?

hello everyone

ive decided to start IG properly and have already got everything set up. all thats left to do now is buy the accounts and proxies.

ill be using 1 account per proxy
id prefer dedicated proxies

would anyone be able to suggest a good account and proxy source?
(would prefer UK proxies as i will be PV'ing them with sim cards i brought)
