Providing a Service with Tools

I've saved up some money to invest in a tool for a service to provide. I can't decide what tool to purchase to make some money. I guess it depends on the market and what's in demand right now. My budget is about $1K

I thought about getting Kontent Machine and FCS networker, maybe some proxies. I have Scrapebox and GSA, but building links seems like an oversold service with low profit margins.

I also thought about providing an on page SEO service for webpages or YouTube videos. Trying to find ways to improve for better rankings.

I could use these tools to promote my own offers or affiliate products, but honestly I've always had a problem driving traffic.

Just looking for some suggestions on what I should offer the market place. I want to provide some type of value or service for someone.

Do some successful projects for yourself, or for others for free, before asking a single penny for your services.

You're right. I would be willing to do anything for free that helped someone make a profit. I've been trying for so long to make money, just looking for any angle I can.
