the purpose is the same : sending legitimate emails (scrubbed email lists)
What I need:
A user interface ( a web service ) where I can just load the list of emails, choose how many emails to send per hr, insert the email message (html format or text) and click "send"
The web service will do the following
1. be hosted on spam free servers ( changing servers would be awesome)
2. very frequently rotating IPs ( USA based IPS would be awesome )
