First of all, let me begin that I really don't care even just a tiny bit about DA. Sadly, one of my money sites is in a niche, where a lot of people seem to value DA over everything else. People I'd like to work with.

Now, for obvious reasons I have been building a lot of high-quality backlinks (no pbns), etc over the past months, with very good results and SEO traffic tripling. Yet, that stupid MOZ crawler just doesn't seem to be able to pick up any of them and my DA even dropped down a fraction.

Is there any easy way to manipulate the score?

AArrrggghhhhh put a question mark after the wording in the thread title if you're asking a question.

There used to be a video online ( I'll see if I can find it ) where it show's how to manipulate some of the Metrics, not sure if it was TF, CF or what.
I'll find it if I get time.

dont understand if u are asking or something . please make it clear thanks OP

that would be great! added a "?"

Build links to all pages of your site from domains with higher DA/PA. Your PA would increase first followed by DA but since they take too long to update, you may have to wait for months.

I thought DA and PA are not updated anymore .

Don't think.

Imo the most effective way to inflate DA without being too invasive are sitewide links. DA = number of backlinks pretty much. So 5 referring domains (PBNs for example) with sitewide links (100+ backlinks each) will inflate the DA as hell.

No you are wrong. Moz still crawls for page authority/domain authority (pa/da) . You may mistakenly thinking about page rank (PR) ;)

Yes you are right. Can be easily done with gsa search engine ranker.

Build contextual backlinks to your url with gsa ser. Make sure to use a large amount of referring domains.if you have ser verified lists you can build some quality backlinks with gsa search engine ranker. They have decent amount of unique domains from 10+ domain authority sites.

Article directories and blog comments are the best.

i have been following some information mentioned in this thread by building links, (buying) to all pages of my site .. but i do not understand the purpose if i only want people to hit a homepage.

I will never understand people that value more some made-up random number rather than traffic & sales, it's like they have no common sense at all. PA/DA can be inflated like hell with spam, but that would cause more harm than good.

Also, it only updates like once a month:

Our next Index Update has been moved out to July 24th. We have two running right now and will release when one is ready to go, with the chance that this is before the 24th.

Well..while I'd agree, I have to face reality. If you want to work with someone but he or she is looking for partners with high DA...well that's what you gotta provide. Who cares if it's bullshit...tons of metrics are bullshit, but sometimes they are an easy common ground..and well.. i guess that's what DA is. You can look it up for free and don't need to buy a 200 $ a month subscriptions for a professional seo tool *shrug*

Thx...i'll give it a try! Probably will have to wait 2 months either way. Will fire a press release or two for good measure...

This is truly driving me nuts. Then again...i'm probably just jealous cuz I didn't think of such an insane backlink scheme like moz did.. *shrug*

I think all these metrics like cf tf da pa are just pure marketing tactics....
