If you sell a digital product online, is there a way to protect yourself against someone buying it, receiving their copy, and then them trying to cancel the transaction through Paypal?

Have you try with the donation option ? can they chargeback on a donation ?

put everything on CD. ship it and use a tracking number. keep all the receipts.

I think Paypal cannot protect sellers of digital products. I myself have been scammed this way couple of times and it sucks.
