Protected/Licensed Fonts

Hi,

I am just working on my new blog.

For the logo I found a very good font, but its for personal use only.

I even contacted the designer of the font - no answer.

The licensing of the font goes throught different suppliers, they do not offer buying a license for logos, just for using it on the blog as a font.

From your experience, will I run into problems if I just use it for the logo? It can be downloaded free, but only personal license.

depends on small print in the agreement, usually personal use only just means you cannot use the font or a logo design for example.
If you are just using for your own logo then you should be ok, if you are going to flip the site then you'll have to change it.
why not look at google fonts? you can get lots from there to use
