I'm buying a lot of IP addresses and servers online.
First, some hosts put your real full name + company or personal address as a RIPE object in the PUBLIC whois of the IP address.
Secondly, even if we disregard IP whois, the hosts still have sensitive data of you (CreditCards, Passports, and so on.) and most probably will release this data easier than you might think.
What are your best methods to protect yourself?
I'm thinking about registering everything on some offshore company with nominee+director.
The only link remaining would be my credit card, and most hosts require a passport.
I could hire someone to be my "technical administrator" who will provide his passport and use his credit card?
Please note that I don't want to limit myself on hosts that don't require passports and offer alternative payment methods.
