Hello fellow BHWers, I'm writing this thread to ask a question. Basically the scenario is this: a client asked me to teach him how to do some SEO. I told him that I wouldn't do so but he's very insistent. I decided to charge him a year's SEO fee in return for giving him a long rundown of various techniques and also products to purchase. I've decided to request for the fee upfront, but I'm afraid that he'll dispute the payment through Paypal. What's the best way to protect myself from this? There will be no physical goods involved so I'm quite concerned about chargeback for digital products. Or could someone suggest alternative payment methods that would protect me from a dispute? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!
