Is there a such thing?

For example I have an aged and ranking website I don’t work on much, so I bring in someone to work on it for me and split the profits he’s able to bring. Is that a thing?

Would he use your budget to work on the site ?
Would you make the decisions, or just rent it out to be used as he pleases ?
