It depends on who you are trying to hide your shenanigans from. I am unsure if uploading to a VPS will change any of your issues because it does not fix your underlying issue. People use "cloaking" to redirect some services to the actual endpoint and others to a "fake" endpoint. They pay money to a third-party service that decides for them if traffic is legit (customers) or if it is a bot (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Some of that software runs - as you mentioned on a VPS - others are just SaaS.
Depending on your budget and your real needs to cloak anything at all, you just need to pick a cloaker of your choice and upload your money page to a random web host of your choice. If you want to live more riskily there are lists online of IP ranges used by Fortune500 companies to detect if you do something silly or not.
So a cloaking service is basically just someone that knows the IP ranges used by the bots and - if possible - their fingerprint or behavioral pattern.
Depending on the scale of your operation it might also be enough to just "confuse" the bots by adding additional layers ob websites where the possible customer needs to click through. But be aware, every extra step possible lead needs to take will reduce your overall CTR to the final order button. You need to weigh the risks vs loss of traffic and decide your own path based on your operation.
