When using tags on blog posts, bookmarking, pr releases, etc...I know it's best to use several key words, but is it best to repeat the same keywords when it comes to the same subject, or vary it up? Should I use the same strageties as keywords on a webpage?

There's nothing wrong with using the same keywords, but it helps to have tags that relate to the content, so make sure your keywords appear in your posts etc.

Take the keyword(s) from the article and enter it into adwords keyword tool. Take the cream of the output and add them as tags.
