Propellerads vs PopAds?

I see blackhatworld.com has no threads like this. And this might give bhw some hits later on since this is a good comparison.

But in my side, I wanna ask which one should I use? My traffic will be sort of come from spamming, where users click my link, thinking they'll get what they want, but in turn, be directed to a 404 page full of ads and popunders. What network should I use for this?

Both are better but for popads to convert well u need 5k+ trafffic if u dont have that traffic i sugguest u to go with propellerads , anyway follow the reply up and test both ...

i think propeller ads is better.
Popads make you earn pennies unless you have lots of traffic.,....
 
I use propellerads and popads, but rate to popads is mare good like propeller ads.
Most traffic is from USA
 
I have only used Popads and ran 5 cpa campaigns without any conversion. I almost give up. The 6th campaign got me 4 $5conversion in a couple of days. Still testing and running that campaign to see how it develops. Lots of factor to consider like what offer, GEO, etc. Motto is never give up, learn and take action.

I totally agree, i experienced the same issue with popads, popads have very low rates on small traffic websites.
 
I would say propellerads has always been successful with, I've never used popads.
 
Has anyone used Propellerads push notifications? If so, are they any good?

Yes I am using now. For the last 30 days, 942k impression, 64k conversions for CPA offer.
However for push, you need to focus on GEO like Germany/ France/ Kenya/ South Africa/ Thailand/ Vietnam/ Malaysia/ New Zealand/ UAE/ Russia/ Italy
These are what I call money zones.

USA,Canada, UK, Australia are budget killers. Not worth competing there.

Niches that do well for me. Ecommerce, casino, freebies (not sweepstakes, they convert badly for me), email submit (be careful of leads reversal from CPA network), adult niche (use a cloaker), apps from playstore.

Niches that do not perform well for me at all, dating/ cam/ sweepstakes/ finance

Thanks. So you would not use it for UK, Canada, Australia casino niche. I more so wanted to use them for branding. As I thought they would be a cheap alternative to other methods.

We have a licence for Finland, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden and several other European countries. So possibly target players from these countries.

What kind of daily budget would you set for Propellerads. We have tried several similar services, mostly with mixed results.

Roughly how much was you paying for 1m impressions. We paid fair little on Traffic Junky. However got too many mixed results. Sort of lost faith in the traffic.

I paid a total of $1,908.59 for the traffic.
Your target GEO looks good. Don't waste your budget with USA/ UK/Canada/Australia. The conversion rate is absolutely garbage and there are so many big players bidding big in those GEO.

My daily spending is between $30 - $170. I have a range because some days I will lower my bids so that I do not compete with some crazy bidders who outbid everyone and trying to get all the traffic available.
