What a joke.
People use crypto for become anonymous.
You are using an illegal streaming website and earn money yourself but you can't pay the publisher after he earn $500. You should first reject the steaming website, not approved it to run your ads and when you approved it, it means all are OK with the steaming website to run your ads.

Hm, but if id is mandatory, they should asked it after the publisher signup, not after he earn $500.

unfortunately, not all ad networks do. 2 out of the 6 im with asked for ID first. mind you, ive gone through about 12 ad networks to find ones that suite me for CPM and ID wise. when running streaming sites, or even when using adnetworks, its a risk. the fact that hes complaining about an adnetwork not paying is showing that its his first rodeo with staying anonymous and what steps to take.
personally, i wouldnt put this onto propellar as they do have standards and rules to follow and not everyone will be happy, but its part of life with movie streaming.

they asked for ID card, paypal, payooneer screenshot, and billing info , please do not trust Propellerads , they scammed me almost $3000.

Do you spam streaming webmasters inbox to work with you and expect them to provide their ID?

Ahaha what a joke, you made a profit and don't pay just like that, thieves.
