PropellerAds Alternatives ? Minimum Deposit

I am looking for networks that provide quality traffic similar to PropellerAds with the following requirements:
  1. accept crypto payment
  2. minimum deposit less than $100 ( I am just trying to test things out and I don't want to be forced to invest $100 from the start like with PropellerAds )
  3. must be somewhat trusted
