So I made the mistake of doing an e-mail submit on a Facebook ad. The "coaching" they sell is how to get local businesses to buy a lead generation services from you and the method is local Facebook and Adwords ads that direct customers to squeeze pages, which will fill out collect info and you'll send it to the customer. I think they are charging a few hundred dollars a month for said coaching.

So anyway, since I signed up over a week ago to get access to a free video I've been getting their daily e-mail funnel garbage. So today's e-mail was talking about rate increases (the always fun "act now before we raise the price 1000%" nonsense). So I bit, watched the video, and the guy pulls up a calendar on his Mac showing how "booked" he is. It has today's date (!!!).

Anyway, watch the video and look at the date / time on his Calendar app, at the very top.

Does that not look completely faked?
The rest of the fonts on his screen are fuzzy but that one is very crisp and dark.

Regardless I feel like I could easily learn everything they sell on BHW for free anyway.

Looks fine to me. You sure it's not fuzzy because he purposely fuzzed his calendar to prevent people from seeing sensitive info? The other fonts (desktop icon names, facebook screenshot) look fine, just like the calendar title.

Yeah, I'm sure, because all those names on his calendar are still readable (on my desktop). If he was trying to protect sensitive information then he epic failed.

The title font looks totally different than the desktop icon font to me. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I am looking for it to be a scam so I've convinced myself it is.

I'll keep letting them send me "urgent" emails and if in 6 months they haven't raised the rates...........well then...........

best thing those emails are for is getting ideas for how to craft your own email templates. otherwise, unsubscribe :)

It doesn't look half bad compared to the other shit you see, but I would stay far away from them. They use (if it's even real) their customer names right on screen for promotion, the blur effect isn't nearly strong enough. In my opinion they did that on purpose to let you barely see the times/names, it all brings you in closer and you devote more of your time thinking about it until you go through with it/them. Just unsubscribe now and instead of thinking about them/proving them to be scammers, learn the information like you said :)

I know this is an old thread but does anybody know where I can find some resources to learn the business model(reach the local businesses, convince, create squeeze pages, get them clients via PPC etc)?

I think Dan Henry has a program like that but it's kinda expensive.

search the forum for "7878 method" and you'll find many journies, side info, and the rest of the method. iirc 7878 split it into 3 big threads.
it is based on ORM but you can easily twist to whatever you wish.

Hey i know this is kinda late but does anybody have any more info on this ???
