proof of merchandise

I sell small items like - audio cable, video cable etc. Ebay asking for proof of merchandise. What should I do?

Proof of merchandise can be very hard to get past.

You can try to photoshop an invoice and see what happens it really depends on the person viewing your account.

If Ebay decides to contact the supplier you provided your screwed unless you create a simular foreign website like I did and that takes a ton of work.

I dont recommend going that far to get your account reinstated unless its 1 of 2 things.

1. Your account is a top rated powerseller and benefits from its status which allows you to.

Have higher monthly selling limits and not the lousy $1,000 dollars or 10 items a month.

You dont have the 21 day holding policy.

You can list 1 day auctions if you want to.

You get 20% off the final selling fee.

2. You have frozen funds in your account and cant get access to the money until you fax the documents that ebay wants to see.

From my experience you are screwed. I have even dropshipped from Amaozn to EB showed the "proff" and they killed my account. I Have tried photoshopped stuff and real stuff. Basically I see this notice as "we are ebay we hate you ... we want you gone. But we will pretend to not hate you..." Did you notice after you submit your documents it takes like 5 to 8 business days before they give a response? It is them telling you to just go away.

Dont let anyone deceive you.
All you need to do it present ebay with an invoice and your account will be restored.

what do you charge? also what happends if i pay you for invoice and ebay denies it will you refund?
