Your best bet would be to get a few accounts post and then buy upvotes try and get the post to stick for a few hours before it is taken down. you will need to test which sub reddit has relaxed moderators. some will instantly remove and ban you some will last 1 hour 12 hours ect.

Reddit is one of the hardest to promote any kind of content talk more of casino. My only recommendation is that you make your promo not seem like promo. Unless you're trying to officially run ads on the platform.

Promotion in that niche on Reddit is very tricky. Best way is to focus on building trust first with genuine contributions, then mix in soft mentions rather than direct promos.
