It should be niche related. And do your best to make the comments related to the niche you are targeting. Not some spam comment. Or it will just be a waste of time.
This would be best done manually I believe. For the best results. What's your purpose for it though? You want more views?

Niche related Content is much needed...
I plan to include keyword in the name box and YT link in the URL box. I want to rank first in youtube for specific keyword. Also these kind of videos are pretty fast deleted because of competition. This is how it should be done? Just include YT video URL and keyword's as name and blast?

To clarify, If you're trying to rank your video on youtube, you do not need to build links to your video.
Youtube Ranking Factors - Quality of video, Retention of views, Engagement of viewers (Likes, Subs, Comments, Shares), and embeds.
Well, 10 bucks is way too much. These kind of videos are removed so fast.

It's in the second position for phrase "world of tanks hack". Why? I always see some shitty videos even with 50 views, uploaded about few hours ago that rank so high. My vidoes are optimized well and even I tried to do the same title and description as this guy and I have just done at the second page :/. Could someone explain how this works?

If you want to have success on that project, do not compromise your content. That is all, niche related content is very important.
I have read a lot about promoting YT videos but still can't get to first #3 positions. No matter if I buy 1k retention views it's just can't move there.
WOW! I have checked and 1 of my videos for my niche is second. First time in a very looong time.

Well, that's the way it is. You will rank #1 or #2 position and your video will be flagged within1 day or even faster ^^.

1. Create the title, that should intract the user ie., how to, Top 10 hotels, Best things you should follow
2. Follow this catchy words you must include your keywords in both title and description and add that keyword in tags also. In all possibilities you want to write the tags.
3. If its a real time video, transcript is automatically match with audio(In that your keyword should appear) whereas in manual transcript means you need to repeated the Keyword twice in that video
4. Promote it in Social networking sites
5. Where ever it possible you can use its embedded video URL. It will boost your SERP's in both Google SERP and Youtube search results.
