Promoting your YouTube video on Google

Hey guys, what is the best way to rank my YouTube Video to google's page 1?
Here is the steps i already did:

1. Uploaded the video and named it as "KeyWord - something exta".
2. Entered an short "script" with my keyword to the CC.
3. Wrote 200-250 words deskription with the keyword.
4. palced the link to the video in the discription.
5. Placed only 4 tags.
6. got 20+\- likes to the video, rettwittes with the video URL and Google Plus.
7. got 10+\- facebook shares.
8. got around 10 comments on the video.

What should i do next? Thanks!

High Retention views,blog comments and good backlinks and all depends on you keyword competition,if its low, you will be ranked within days, if medium it may take some weeks and if high competitive,then you need very good backlinks,high pr etc

It helped me a lot to share the Video a bit on Facebook.

They watched the Video on Facebook and it boosted my ranking!
