Promoting Your Website on Twitter With 1,000 Twitter Accounts. Will It Work?

I've been thinking of buying 1,000 twitter accounts for $25 bucks. I have a bot that I can use to make tweets with, although I would like to ask you guys how good would the ROI be?

Would I get conversions from twitter or would it be a big waste of money?

What are you planning to do with the accounts exactly? Tweet from 1000 accounts with no followers?

Really? Haha, at least put some work in having followers or invest in some service to give you 50-100 followers per account.
