Promoting UK email submits on facebook?

Ok, I have a .co.uk website which i'm using to refer traffic from facebook to. The problem is with facebook being a globally used website this makes me wonder if the majority of my traffic is useless when directed to a uk cpa offer. Should I search for international cpa offers? Or should I perhaps make a quality niche website, direct the traffic to it and then point them to a clickbank product? :microwave
