Hi,

So I've been advertising sweeps in the Netherlands for some time now and finally told my parents about it now I have my first payout which are some nice numbers.

Now my parents asked my if this legal.
I did a lot of research before I did this and was kinda sure it was. But since my parents are thinking that it's not legal I really want to know some more info about it.

Are sweeps legal to advertise in NL (I'm ofc talking about the test this for free Bullshit and etc where you can win stuff.)

I know you can't use a company's name or something so I did this.
I made a sweep about Ben & Jerry's buy promoted it with account 'I am Ben' and when I wanted to say 'Ben & Jerry's' I said B&J to avoid saying the copyrighted name.

And what about logo's? Can I just use company logos on my ads?

And what about products of that brand?

Thanks in advance!

Sweepstakes are legal in the E.U....as for the logo read the company tos but 99% sure u are not allowed to use their logo.

Hello, we are a Sweepstakes Advertiser, we have direct offers for WW.
Sweepstakes are legal, as long as you have the permission to use all the creatives and trademark.
