Promoting Same Youtube Video on multiple Google Adword threshold is safe?

Hey, Guys. If I use youtube single-channel videos or single video in multiple thresholds does it affect to channel or video? Is there any chances of channel get ban or video? I am just using for skip ads.

The chances are very small. Because in this way it would be possible to ban competitors without much trouble.
