Promoting realistic sex dolls

Hello, I'm a total beginner as an affiliate marketer, firstly I joined Crakrevenue but didn't succeed at it and anyway I view it as a dead end niche, Maxbounty and Clickbank aren't for beginners and they require expert steps
However, I'm currently interested in promoting realistic sex dolls and I've joined a program then tried to spam and manually message a large number of losers on r/Virgin but it doesn't seem to be working, any ideas how can I promote my affiliate link and get large number of clicks and most importantly conversions? I need high quality and organic traffic and pointed towards a targeted audience like r/virgin, people who would ACTUALLY buy that thing

You need to understand your customers first. Would you buy a sex doll? If you wouldn't you need to understand who would, why and how. I don't know the market size but I guess it would be easier to sell sex pills rather than dolls.
 
How much do you get per lead?
Try it on YT shorts and tiktok, sometimes I see sex doll videos on those platform. And when you check the comment people are asking where to buy.
 
Yeah I know something about marketing this niche. Look up TurdFlingingMonkey matrix group chat and similar places.
 
Well, you call your customers 'losers' - and you want them to give you money?

I think you should imagine yourself as a potential customer, create target group.

A 20-year-old person who has no success with women and needs a loan to buy a high-end sex doll?

Or a 60-year-old man who has enough money in his bank account and can easily order a doll?

Do a research, small survey round, I would even call people (there must be enough niche forums and Facebook groups too).

After that create a special value - why should people buy the sex doll exactly through you/your website? Maybe you offer a special discount / better purchase options / high level of anonymity?

what steps are you referring to as expert? i was a noob when i joined both of them and it all seemed straight forward, even better these days.
 
why are you trying to sell this through a conversation? Would you want to have a conversation about buying something so secretive? Fck no.
 
You are a noob and you decided to choose such a narrow niche in adult?

Change that niche, go with learning mainstream before jumping into adult industry. If you want to do adult only choose a niche with vast audience.
