Promoting realistic sex dolls

Hello, I'm a total beginner as an affiliate marketer, firstly I joined Crakrevenue but didn't succeed at it and anyway I view it as a dead end niche, Maxbounty and Clickbank aren't for beginners and they require expert steps
However, I'm currently interested in promoting realistic sex dolls and I've joined a program then tried to spam and manually message a large number of losers on r/Virgin but it doesn't seem to be working, any ideas how can I promote my affiliate link and get large number of clicks and most importantly conversions? I need high quality and organic traffic and pointed towards a targeted audience like r/virgin

Do you have your website for this affiliate product? Any social media following in adult niche?

I found sex dolls don't convert well. The price of them is 1k. Seems a lot of people aren't willing to spend that much.
I bet if I started a local store I could sell them easily
