Promoting on facebook page and all about this

Hi, i am new in promoting on faceboom page, to today, i posted only normal posts without money and earn from adsense website from facebook traffic. But you know, that reach is last 2 days so bad. So i tried promoting posts, and it looks good, so i have few questions.

1. I have facebook accounts. My account, My second fake account, and my girlfriend account, but i have only 1 paypal account, can i promote posts from these 3 accounts and pay only from one paypal account?

2. How it looks with price? It will be allways same, or it will change after some time? Because now i have for 100 Euros 71 000 - 190 000 reach. Yesterday i promote some pages, and today i think that for same price i have less reach, but i am not sure

3. Can i promote pages, only with fun content with adsense and with pictures like these? - http://i.imgur.com/fCVCa49.png (I tried one promote post with similar pictures and facebook accept it)

1) You can't use the same paypal for every account. I'm guessing you want coupons.
2) Prices never are the same, they always change. How much they change, nobody knows. If your posts have a high CTR, the prices might drop.
3) Yes.

Hmm, with high CTR = better price? I think that with high CTR i must pay more later for same reach

You cannot use same Paypal account with multiple FB accounts

You should not measure how effective your campaign is by the reach it has got. You should measure by particular goals(Website Clicks,Likes,Post engagement etc)

My solution to that was keeping all of my clients facebook pages under once centralized "business" user. If a company terminates the contract then we make a bogus user with a guide on how to transfer the info to their account step by step with pictures. we hand them the account information for the bogus user and the rest is up to them.
