Promoting my Rss Feeds

Are there any clever ways of promoting my Rss Feed... other than submitting to Rss directories...already doing that. I have a feed that i want to get scraped for the back-links, the content is unique and well written, but no one is picking up my feed. Any ideas?

Search in Google - ping my blog.. You will find some sites that will enrolle you're feed in some nice feed directories.

Another tip, try to search here for Traffic Anarchy - A tool that i think will help you.

Put a feed link or two in a blogger blog post, or a wordpress blog post and ping the feed for that blog to pingomatic.com or icerocket.com
