Promoting/monetizing easy facebook apps

Hi,

I read lots of post about this topic on this forum, but I still do not have all questions answered. I do not expect that somebody will give magic step-by-step guide to me, but if someone could drive me the right way, it would be great.

I want to start with really simple apps working with basic user data and my questions are:

1.How to make people use my app? Is it ok to post links to my apps on pages related to my topic, or I get banned? Or is it better to buy updates directly from facebook page owners?

2.I want to monetize my apps via CPA, but I read that facebook like to ban apps monetized like this. Is it ok to put some direct links to the CPA offers, or is it better to use url shortener for instance? Is this even way, how to monetize apps? That I put some links to the canvas, or is it better to wait till there will be hopefully some users using my app and than post some update with cpa link on their profile?

3.I read facebook ban apps which posts to users wall. From what I understood, problem is when app posts something on users wall automaticaly, so is it better/safer to put "post on wall" link to the app canvas?

I'll be glad for any advice.

Facebook is a total dick, thats my answer! only way to make money is a viral app, and they are VERY shortlived ... even before they go viral they usually get detected as spam within 12h ..

If app goes viral too fast most times is being deleted. Post only to users wall who installed the app and to friends
