Hello i think i will do my first ad campaign in facebook or instagram

Actually, it depends on the type of your post; if you are asking for my opinion, I would suggest Facebook (totally subjective)

One other thing, if your post includes good graphics (attractive image or video), you should go with Instagram.
Alternatively, if your post depends on text, Facebook will be better.
