Promoting CPA offers with email

I have an email list I have built and I would like to use it to promote some CPA offers to I the networks I have gotten into. This is my first time trying to promote offers via email and I would like to make sure I do things properly. Can anyone provide me with a link to a good guide for promoting CPA offers via. Something like an ebook or video series would be great, I would also be willing to pay. I am just looking for the best information possible. Thanks a lot!

Where did you get said email list? You should make sure it is opt-in only
