I was doing a lot of testing with youtube in the last wee.

At last, I managed to upload a couple of videos without getting detected. It's from a famous American TV Series.

The issue is that I don't seem to get any traffic, how do you do it?

Tip: for those of who wonder how I did it
1.cut out any music already present
2.play a small background music
3.do some pixel distortions with some software and experiment, don't give up.

So you want to stay hidden from YouTube about your videos. But in the same time, want to get traffic to your videos?

It's impossible from search results or suggestions videos. But you can try SMM panels. I think.
