Promoting an established channel

So I have a pretty established channel on youtube: MarkRagin

I have close to 900 subscribers and 1.5mil video views.

I used websited like subscrubertrain, vagex, enhanceviews, etc. but I am looking for real subscribers.


My niche is techno music. Currently i just release original songs. I am thinking about starting a tutorials series. Also maybe making a website and try to SEO that.


Whats my best option to promote my channel? Any ideas appreciated

A good thing to do would be to get to know the other techno music producers out there on youtube. Share some ideas, maybe make tracks together. But more importantly you want to get in their subscription box in the hope that they will drive subs your way. - whitehat

Comment on other techno videos mentioning your channel and how good the music is. - Not with your own channel and don't over do it. - not so whitehat

Get to know your fans, find the places they hang out online and try to build a reputaion for yourself. - whitehat

Make sure you also set up facebook fan page and twitter.

Leave your video comments on highly popular techno videos.
