Lets say a website like this allgreenrecycling, anyone interested in partnering up and promoting it. I don't currently have any affiliate program, tracking visitor software, etc. I would pay according quantity of items I would receive. For example lets say my inventory is increased by 30% from your promotion that would result in $50-$100 a day. Thoughts?

i haven't looked at your site but a good place to start
is by at least adding an affiliate program to your site
if you are interested in attracting external promoters /
affiliates. Otherwise how do you intend to legitimately
    attract reliable promoters?

As cyberjunkie said, you're going to need to fork over the money and have an affiliate program. No one is going to want to promote your site without having some guarantee of being paid.

Analogy; If I run a donut shop and I sell 10 donuts a day. You come along, promote me, I start selling 20 donuts a day. 30% of the profit from those 10 donuts go to you. Affiliate programs are for large companies. For a small company we can determine the increase in inventory. Maybe paying a website $x,xxx amount to a keep banner on their site.

You are wrong about an affiliate program being for large companies only.

The idea is to transition a small company into a more profitable
company, which doesn't necessarily have to b larger. Affiliate
programs enable this better than anything else that I've
    personally experienced.

Affiliate programs are super cheap and do accomplish alot
if you know what you are doing. You can start with less
    than $500.00

    For one
how do you intend to even begin to appear attractive to a reliable
or competent promoter if you won't even invest in a platform which
provides accountability to the promoters effort and time?

If you can pay a website $x,xxx amount, you can invest a few
hundred bucks to install a reliable low cost affiliate program.

Just my opinion. Otherwise nothing is accountable. I've made
a mint FAST with an affiliate program that I started and
managed myself, and the technology platform cost less than
    $500.00

I speak from experience, not from my ass.

Good luck, but you won't make it if you nickel and dime on the
    basics.

Never heard of qualityunit software many many affiliate platforms
exist. What worked for me at the time was Jrox.

Turned a site which was averaging around $2K per month into a site generating $50-70K per month within 6 months by introducing an
affiliate platform and attracting competent affiliates.

you could always start off on WP w/ an affiliate plugin and build from there
that's how I started my first one - it worked well for what it was
