Promoting a picture book

I created a small real book(Including ISBN-13) with supposedly funny pictures. All SFW.
I put some flyers in bars and on messageboards next to supermarket cashiers where people pack their bags and throw packaging away.
I have been doing that for 3 weeks now and I sold exactly zero copies.
What other options do you see?

Maybe creating a landing page and trying PPC networks would be an option?.

What's the book all about? You ought to have a catchy title and an amazing visual on the book for it to garner attention. Not only that, the book has to be interesting to read so that people will recommend it.

Congrats on writing the picture book. Think about putting it in public domain. Advertise it to YouTube kids channels. There are rules on YouTube about reading copywrited works. If public domain, they can read it. Have them put your Amazon link in the description. And make sure it's in public domain on Amazon. There are a lot of websites that list public domain works. Most of the books are old and boring. Add your title, so people will find it. Hope that helps.

Very saturated market; but your best bet is cross-promotion with well chosen bands/bars/bookstores etc. Try the edgy / "elite" whatever scene. If you don't have one in your town either move or forget entirely about this type of thing. And in no case expect you'll make jack shit from your first one. Crumb didn't in San Francisco in the 60s, you're not Crumb, Budapest is no SF and 2017 sure as all hell isn't the 60s.

You could try direct mailing it based on a list of people who've bought similar books. And if this works, you can scale this up.

If not, you can try split testing on a simple landing page in the online world.
