There are lot of NSFW subreddits where you can post and get some traffic to your adult pages. Always get verified if the subreddit requires it else they will ban you. Keep your inbox open in the beginning. Close it later once your account is grown and you have some paying subscribers.
 
Try to write as many comments and posts as you can in small subreddits with an active audience, you need to become part of the community
 
Can publish high-quality content that is relevant to the community.
 
Post where your stuff actually fits , and follow the rules. Be active, comment, help people out before dropping your own links.
