Promote College Site

Hey guys,

How would I go about promoting


I don't have a huge budget so adwords, is not really an option, unless you tell me how to get very cheap clicks.

first off, get those videos on youtube and pass shirts out for free. if you have some coin, sponsor a party, shoot some video there, post online. rinse, repeat.
you could always have a kegger and have cups made with your logo.
i realize that it costs money, but in college those were the things that got us to actually go check a website out.
