Promote celebrity article

Hi. How would you promote an article of a celebrity that agrees to write on your blog? I'm not talking about a celebrity with millions of followers. It's rather thousands of followers specially in one country and also abroad. I was thinking about promoting the article using Facebook ads and sticking it to the front page of my blog. Any other ideas to get a good amount of traffic from this article? Thank you.
