Promote a post via IG. YES or NO?

Hello!

I have a page about theme / amusement parks for almost 1,5 years now with almost 5000 followers and I'm wondering if I should promote a couple post via the IG promotion and then let IG target people like my followers.

Does it also make a big difference if you would market your post for just a couple days or a whole month and which budget should u use to see some results?

Have you tried this before and did you get good results with it? Curious to know!

No, I'm talking about a more legitimate way to spend money: boosting Instagram posts to improve reach and gain followers.

Have you done any analysis to learn more about your audience such as demographics, attributes, interests, adjacent content etc.? If you have 5k organic followers do a survey via Google forms, survey monkey and similar and try to understand who your audience is. I wouldn't trust IG promotion to build similar audience lists because IG promotion is framed to take your money...

Also, what are you trying to actually do with this page? Sell theme parks tickets, tours etc. ? IMO 5k is a bit slow if you are actively running that profile for 1.5 years. You should revise your content strategy...

If you want to advertise on instagram then you need to link to facebook account
