Prometeus VPS MassPlanner question.

I keep getting this error and don't know what to do or what I am doing wrong. The customer service on the site is horrible so I was wondering if anyone could help me on here. Thank you, if you have experience with this I would love if you could add me on skype.

Unfortuantely I cannot post pictures but it says "Failed. The orchestrator returned the following error:"

Then when I click "Boot" it says "Unable to create deployment, no usable volumes found for the VM"

What does this mean? Please help, thank you.

Are you shitting me? Massplaner has the best support across all the other tools used for social media! Use the contact for in the tool, I usually get a response back in 30mins.

Maybe he ask support same questions about small things over and over and it is kinda like when your at a bar and obnoxious and don't always get served first.

Well if you could read you could see that I said Prometeus is the one with bad customer support. I never said anything about MassPlanner.

Contact MassPlanner's support team. They're partners with Prometeus. It's their recomanded hosting.

I know I did and they said that there was nothing that they could do. I got it fixed now though, it was a problem with their site.
