How do you guys manage all your domains, which hosting is with who, passwords ect.

Is there a nice management system that allows you to keep track of everything?

I am not referring to something that goes out and checks SERP, keywords, backlinks

Trello + Evernote.

Spreadsheets Spreadsheets and a whole bunch of Spreadsheets, yes it is a pain in the a** when it comes to managing everything. One VA is only doing this.

Passwords i use roboform everywhere.

Need to look into how to use Trello and Evernote together.

It would seem there is a void here that should be filled, it would be nice if someone made a management system just for IM,
For instance i use Connectwise for my IT Business. Works great can manage pretty much anything you can think of IT wise.

I also use Keepass. I place the keypass database in my dropbox so I can access everywhere.

keepass for passwords management with the firefox extension (there's one for chrome too)
wekan or ToDoList for project management. wekan is an open source trello.
mynoteskeeper for keeping track of everything else
for bonus save everything in mega or syncthing or your personal favorite cloud storage solution so you can share access on all your devices
