    What do you guys use to manage and keep your projects organized?

    do you use certain software or just pen/paper/excel?

    Activecollab is pretty good, though on the costlier side. I use it for the work of one client. For everyone else, its google docs, dropbox and common sense ;)

    I bought a custom one from one of the Themeforest.net sites.

    Just like a client backend.

    Cheap and it works well :D

    Google Docs. I used to use Bootcamp but I got annoyed with it.
