Prohibited services on Google ads, how to write the ads.

Can anyone help me with keywords/descriptions please for Google ads account. I am using one of the cloaking solutions fairlab I believe and wanted to know if I can use keywords that are connected to the prohibited service or not. Or do I need to use keywords around the subject to help prevent manual checks. Or is it possible to change the keywords later after checks are finished. What is the best solution please to writing the ads for prohibited services on Google ads. Any support is appreciated.
