Hello all! I'm fairly new to BHW and I am already a HUGE fan. I've been lurking for about 2 weeks now, learning and absorbing the plethora of information brought here by all your lovely members!
Anyways, I'm a total SEO/IM n00b, but I wanted to share my first accomplishment. I finished my squeeze page and website and finally collected my first 10 email opt-ins! I know it's a small hurtle, but I'm super excited about moving forward.

congratulations...you're seeing progress early on. Keep it up. I am just starting to see long tail searches after 6 months -- so consider yourself lucky

Thanks everyone! It probably helps that I am already knowledgable of HTML/CSS/other coding and had my own host. But still, I'm happy to see results to quickly. :D
 
I'm trying this too, but i don't know how to get people to my squeeze page. Any suggestions? Any help would be nice >.<

One of the first things I did was buy some Adwords vouchers from Fiverr and set up the campaigns to visit my squeeze page. Unfortunately my niche is very very popular, so it's hard to get clicks.
Just browse the forum and you'll find all the info you need and more! There are some GENIUS members here who are sharing their knowledge for free, so take advantage while you can. :)
 
I've got 10 adwords vouchers, but i'm from canada, how do i go about using them? I've heard i need to attach my bank accoun if im from outside the us. Is that true? Also on your squeeze page do you have a video?

Use a USA Proxy/VPN to sign up for adwords accounts. and put in a fake US address when it asks.
No, I don't have a video on my current squeeze page or site, but I'm gearing up to promote a product that has a video.
