Does anyone know any black hat tools like youtube increaser that hit a site you want and all you have to do is have proxies?

you may want to try TopGen (demo version has some limitations)

Type "one million clicks" in google.

I haven't tried that kind of stuff myself though.

You are right, topgen is the best one, but they haven't demo version at all
