Programs Like Tweet Attacks

Does anyone know of any good programs like the one that used to be at tweetattacks? I heard they've gotten sued...so they're not in business or w/e. I saw TweetAdder, but right now I'm working with one account, and I don't want that banned plus I haven't heard much good come out of TweetAdder.

So besides those, is there a program out there [preferably free until a later date] that will follow users automatically on twitter?
