Programs and social traffic?

I am a total beginner in Aff marketing but I have a lot of experience with marketing in general.

I am struggling to get approved for programs. I have tried mainly webcam PPL programs (bongacash, crakrevenue...) but they ask me for my website. The problem is that I don't have one because I will use Instagram as a traffic source.

What can I do? Are there any programs that support social traffic and don't require me to have my own website? Or is there any way to get accepted on those programs?
