Programming JV

Right, I'm a programmer, and enjoy programming a lot, I have had some good success with some online marketing but am interested in making some programs as a JV now. This is how it'll go.

I'll make the software that you ask for, then we will JV using the software at a 60-40 way (60 to me) and what i don't want to do is anything but make the software. So pretty much i'm making you a personal bot that only you can use and you do the rest then we split the money.

It does not make any sense to split the things 60:40, because you know how to make the product but don't what it should do and you don't know how to sell it. It is like telling me that you know how to plant tomatoes, but you don't have the seeds and you also don't know how to sell it.

Anyhow, think about the split.

I'm going to stick by the split as I think me being able to program is a lot more unique and difficult to do than the selling the product. But thank you for the help. I am also up for people just buying the program from me and they keep 100% of the profits made if they would prefer that way of going about things.

Pretty good Joint Venture.But how I'll know that you won't steal the idea for the bot and keep it for yourself?

Why would you need me then?

I suppose you can't, but then that's like any JV, but it's trust that builds a good JV and a good partnership. I know I can't really prove that I won't just steal the idea but if you have anything to ask, feel free to just ask it on here or in private.

EDIT, I need somebody to use the bot to make money as I'm pretty busy when it comes to my business side, I like programming so I would class it as "fun"... Yes I know, geeky, but still.

This way you are going only to catch JV with people who have no funds (which means unsuccessfull).If you are trying to get a successfull marketer you think he is going to give away 60% if he could just rent a coder himself and get 100% ?
